Bill Fisher and the whole Toyota service team were extremely helpful today in trying to diagnosis an unexpected problem. I’m very very relieved to discover that nothing appears to be wrong and my vehicle is in a very safe driving condition. I only needed to pick up my car after a simple seat repair and a scheduled 10,000 mile maintenance check. I was third in line to see Justin which took almost 15 minutes. There should a faster way to just pick up my vehicle. Justin did a great job, but the procedure isn’t designed to be speedy.

Inefficient pay at bay c, car was not where they told me, back and goth waiting area to bay very annoying. Just return to pay at window and walk out front door

50 bucks for new windshield wipers is disappointing.
An hour and 45 minutes for an oil change is also disappointing.
And in your waiting area, there is some old advertisements for checking your battery because of the heat. Offer expires June 30. Shows lack of attention in the detail since it is the middle of December.

I was very happy with my service the other day. I had a nail in my tire and just stopped in without an appointment. They fixed me up!

Thank you but I need to come back n have them put my CarPlay back in everytime I come in they change my settings n I can’t get my car play to come back up
I was very pleased that Pedersen had the needed part in stock and could fit me in on the same visit!
My only complaint is the headlights were turned off after I received the car back. I didn't realize this until that night when I picked up my wife and she said they were off.
It would be nice if you vaccinated and waged the car too.
I was there for almost 2 hours for just an oil change. Not the first time. But it might be the last. Your team signing people in is friendly but I've stood there waiting for anyone to even acknowledge me much less help check me in. One time everyone seemed to be having a coffee klatch at the end if the bay, ignoring customers. You need to manage the workload better so that if I make an appt, my car actually gets in close to that appt, not an hour later. And when someone checking a customer out tells another employee to drive the car to the curb, that someone needs to pay attention and not park it in the lot, leaving the customer to stand around waiting for 15 minutes. I understand mistakes are made but if you're so busy that your employees are overwhelmed and not paying attention, then you have a much bigger problem than any one person. That's a mgmt problem. Fix it or im done with you
Service was fine. Tech was nice and helpful. Sending me a text when I’m on my way that you are now charging 3% for using credit cards is annoying and makes me want to go somewhere else. If you have to work those fees into the service costs I would prefer that over acting like you can’t afford to pay the processing fees. You are Pedersen Toyota. I’m already overpaying for your service.
