I wouldn’t recommend taking a Lexus to Toyota dealership for service. They just don’t know enough about them. Even though Toyota and Lexus are similarly they aren’t the same. I asked my adviser to add the power steering fluid exchange to my list of request and she told me it had electric power steering. I politely opened the hood and pointed to the PS reservoir and she made a note. The fluid still looks dirty. I can’t be 100% it was changed. I will not be back. I also got a phone call that my appointment was canceled the day before I was scheduled. Thankfully, Rusty was able to get me “pushed through” HE WAS THE MAN AT CAPE HONDA. I scheduled an IO/OD inspection for 8:00 am Monday 3-17-2025 and when I arrived I was told they didn’t have anyone there to do it and I’d have to come back the next day. CJ was the guy at the, he seemed annoyed that I was there.

Previous technician marked the next round of service (in this case it was just a tire rotation) versus that of an oil changed. I wasted an hour on a tire rotation thinking that my sticker marked the next oil change. Also, I tried submitting this through my phone and the message would not submit.
