Everything was good except the sticker for next service was sloppy and was put on top of previous sticker. Nothing that will keep me from coming back. I talked with some of the sales staff while my vehicle was being serviced, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the service department there. I actually moved my service from somewhere else to Coad at Cape. I called to schedule my required maintenance and the said that my vehicle had a recall so tgey scheduled that too to get done at the same time. When checking out tgey said they did not have a technician to do the recall. I’d have to reschedule (I live 50 miles from there.) also when I arrived my drivers seat pops when it is moved back so I asked if they could look under there and see what was wrong. The check in guy said he would ask and see if they had time to do that. I guess they didn’t because they said I’d have to schedule that when I schedule my recall fix.
I say all of this not because I’m mad at all about it. I just wish I could have gotten all done at one time. They are always very nice to me. So the one survey question yes or no I could not answer yes that I was completely satisfied but I do understand things change and maybe the person doing the recall work couldn’t be there that day.
I dislike how everything is digital, and the waiting has been minimized for an extra office.
CB is always so friendly and helpful. He puts my mind at ease and I trust his guidance with both of my Toyotas!
