Every time I come into the store every thing is always taken care of. The staff is awesome. I’m well taken care of.
Took time to explain questions about remedies for suspension on my truck. Suggested alignment to identify problem and explained what it would do to help identify the problem.
Me and my wife arrived a half hour early for our appointment. And, there were so many people in the waiting room, there was no place to sit for 45 minutes! We are in our 80's and don't get out much and it's hard for us to stand very long or sit on hard chairs in the hall.
It would have been helpful to know when the car was coming back to us. I was told it was coming back on Monday and it didn’t come back until Friday only after I called the dealership to find out. Otherwise, the service is awesome.

I was shocked and disappointed that Coad Toyota doesn’t Wash the outside of the car.
All were great. Jeff kept me informed about what was happening. And the lady who scheduled my appointment was aware of the timelines that I was under and did her best to schedule the appointment. Bless her for helping me.
He also recommended an engine air filter replacement. I agreed and noticed my mpg increased 11% afterwards.
Folks are always polite and helpful.
