My wife had a nail in one tire and they tried to sell her a whole set. The tires on our vehicle only have 19000 miles on them. And then they charged her $27 just to put the spare on.

My tire light has been on since last year and after several tire rotations in the past no one seems to address this issue. I will like for someone to explain why this light continues to stay on and not been repaired. Thank you.

When I was turning over my truck to C.B., I told him I was afraid to ask what a new seat would cost but I might as well inquire. The plastic frame had cracked. Shockingly, he told me Toyota has a "goodwill" program or something like that where y'all replace parts once to maintain an owner's goodwill. Less than an hour later, I had new oil, rotated tires AND a new seat! Unbelievable! Thank you.

Dana is the model of excellence in customer service - she is knowledgeable about each make and model of Toyota, but more importantly has an encyclopedic memory of each customer, their particular vehicles , and how they have been serviced. I trust Dana to tell me exactly what I need to do to keep my beloved cars running well - and I hope you keep Dana as long as you possibly can!!!

I had a plastic back bumper cover that had come un clipped and rattled until it wore out. There tech’s said I had to of hit some thing. Out there is a guy that would moonlight and paint a new one for me if I ordered it. I thought it should have been covered under warranty considering. It didn’t have 15,000 miles on it at the time
