My service advisor didn't want to do the free multi point inspection at my 45000 and 55000 mile service. At my 45000 mile service they only reset the maintenance required light and sent me on my way. At my 55000 mile service I went ahead and added a tire rotation to the multi point inspection, but I didn't get a report for the inspection but on my invoice it says it was done.
Dana was very thorough about the upcoming maintenance on my Highlander. She is very good at her job. Thank you.

Slave cylinder stopped working. Replaced slave cylinder, clutch and throw out bearing. Noticed later that gear oil was leaking. Made an appointment to see why. Mechanic said it was an axle seal but did not have the parts in stock and it would be two or three days. Mechanic topped off the gear oil and continue to drive it. Told him I had to leave for work before the parts came. Told him I work in West Texas and he said that’s ok. Went to a tire a tire shop for rotation which could not be done due to a stud and lug nut that just spun. I am assuming from over tightening and stripped the splint on stud
