It would be nice when you schedule a recall to have the parts. It’s a waste of everyone’s time to have us come in and drop off the car only to find out you don’t have the parts or a fix for the repair.

After I was told once my car was serviced that it would be brought to me. It wasn’t. Was told that they didn’t bring vehicles to customers. So, I was stuck at work and had to scramble to find a ride to pick-up my vehicle
