I don’t know if it’s standard practice in Cape Girardeau or not but I have never been charged a diagnostic fee when I let the dealership do the work. It has always been waved at the dealerships I use close to home.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Who is the service advisor? Who is my contact? Is it the woman that talks down to your customers? She has a tone in her voice that is weird and unpleasant, unprofessional. I believe she was rude the first time i was in there. I really do not know how I made her mad at me. Going forward I need to understand who the service advisor is and what role this woman has with me.
