Tyler was/is great. That wasn't the issue, it was the hatch cylinders on our Hylander, poor design, not the dealerships issue. Tyler handled the cost with professionalism.

The only thing I didn't understand was, I had been having to put air in my front left tire every 2 days. They said they could not find anything wrong at all. I just don't want to be on the road and the same thing happen again. The light would come on and go off when I put air in. The gentleman up front was so very nice and pleasant. They rotated my tires and he told me he would work me in anytime if I had another problem with it. I was hoping they could figure out why.
I am a longtime customer of Coad Toyota. Their service department is very dependable and knowledgeable. Though I have very few problems with my Toyota’s, they have always been able to fix any problems.
This number is not Bradley. It’s Laurie. We’ve asked them several times to make that phone number correction. They email and text Bradley when I make appointments under my email and phone. Have asked to correct that, too. I’ve already been in contact with dealership. No need for further follow up with me.
I had a 1:15 appointment. It was a tire rotation only. I was finished at 2:35. One hour and 20 minutes for a tire rotation was way too long.
Just switched from taking my car to Honda to now coming to Coad Toyota. I’m sure I’ll be pleased. We already bring the Camry there.
