If Briana is who helped me IN shop. She is EXCELLENT.. No name tag on.. Didn’t look on bill.. The Run around phone calls b4 - then not the right mechanic scheduled tho Delilah told me . Customers shouldn’t have to diagnose the problem with their vehicles . If I woulda been told if was $200 to scan a car I had someone scan For Marks.I had a pic print out of the scan. No One told me they were scanning & charging til afterwards !! I would have had it done at that shop tho He hasn’t done work on my Toyota. I have Zero Faith in Plover as I used too. Glad to see the Old Man at Service desk GONE. Constant staff changes since Durant left.. Now 2 weeks until U get the part & can fix a car. I should of went to Bergstrom

Came in for an oil change. When done went outside to pick up truck and noticed a puddle under the engine. Oil was dripping steadily from oil pan drain plug. Had to take back inside to get fixed. I was on my way on a lengthy drive. If I hadn’t caught the mistake it could have been a major problem.

John was very personable however the first report I received on my vehicle showed that the front brakes were being worked on and not the back. When I noticed this I quickly called John and he assured me that I must have just received the wrong report and that he would definitely make sure the correct work was being done.
