Courtney was very courteous and professional. She walked out to the bay as I drove in, which I felt was welcoming, hospitable, and respectful of my time.
I asked to have the Maintenance reminder that comes up on my vehicle’s dashboard updated at the appointment so that it would no longer display. That wasn’t done and it is still displaying a message that my car needs maintenance even though I serviced the car. This is usually done every time I get my car serviced so I assume someone forgot to do it. It’s just something I really appreciate gets done. Now I’ll have to make a separate trip in to get this updated/fixed.
