Omar Maeda,as usual was great. Loaner car rep was great too. What wasn't great, waiting 30+ minutes for the shop to bring the car out! My wife saw what appeared to be a vehicle like ours on the lot. When she went to the vehicle & ck'd the license place, it was our vehicle. Had to go inside & ask for the key! Halfway home we realized they failed to put a shop sticker with mileage info on the windshield. Now we're questioning if the $55+ we spent for service was actually done. At the very least, that should be refunded. This servce visit ranks right up there with Lexus of Pembroke Pines...awful.

First service and my experience was not a positive one. Called and left several messages and no response. I had to physically show up and the supervisor was very helpful.
