Shedrick was great, just disappointed they did not place a service reminder sticker on the windshield, it’s the details that count and if they missed that what else might have been missed.

He's always professional, somehow always is able to make time to listen, always manages to accommodate my schedule. My Service Advisor, Chauncey Levy was excellent. But the scheduler, Nancy, had me coming there to fix a faulty switch used to close my rear hatch. The part wasn’t available and it would’ve been a wasted trip. Luckily my car was due for oil and a tire rotation, which Mr. Levy handled, while ordering the part for the hatch.
