During my recent visit to I went to JM Lexus (my favorite) the situation that I had with my vehicle was resolved efficiently. Likewise, I got a friendly and respectful treatment from Sam Lamas and all the staff that I came into contact with at the JM Lexus offices, as always. It is a pleasure to go there!
Enjoyed a great visit to the Lexus dealership and Sam Lamas was excellent with all the information he provided. As a woman going into a dealership I usually get ignored or given no information. But Sam looked me in the eye and explained what was happening and then explained all that was done along with maintaining a smile and giving me eye contact. Truly appreciated the care he provided.
