Met Xavier for the first time when I brought my 2018 Lexus RX350 in for a 30000 mile tuneup. He briefed me re the numerous steps included in the tuneup. I waited for the car which was ready in the time promised. I will ask for Xavier on my next visit to J M Lexus.
