I had an excellent experience today at JM Lexus in Margate thanks to Sam. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole service process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was how accommodating he was — when I mentioned I preferred to go to the mall instead of waiting in the lounge, he made sure everything was set up so I could do that comfortably. He kept me updated throughout and ensured I felt taken care of.

Leo was fine, but before I got him I was passed around like yesterday’s leftovers! I was not ever treated like that before and I have been a customer for years and years! You can call me and I be more than happy to relate the whole story! I want to say again, however, Leo was great!

They supposedly washed my car, however, it was still dirty and not vacuumed well at all. They couldn't gave lifted the mats to vacuum the front and back. This is a recurring issue with my car at JM LEXUS. Sam was good.
