He kept me informed of all the steps towards my car service and he even made sure I was taken care of by sending an uber to take me home and pick me up in order to minimize my time waiting at the center . Carlos is the best service manager I ever dealt with with an any car company. He’s pleasant ask a lot of questions to get to the root of the problems and everything is done quickly and satisfactory. I would recommend you double his salary.

Service rep was dismissive, pompous and unhelpful. Trying to switch to service at JM from palm beach. Your rep greeted me 30 minutes after my arrival, never told me there was a lounge (beside the few chairs set up in the back). Doing an oil change and told me he was doing a tire rotation without asking me. The tires are 44 days old.
