Joe went above and beyond to fix the problem. He ordered the part immediately. He notified me when the part came in . He said to come in anytime and he replaced the part and I didn’t have to wait. Joe is truly a helpful,pleasant and knowledgeable and is a credit to JM Lexus.

First time visiting your location. I was very pleased with the attention to detail from the Service Department regarding my vehicle. I also liked my Service Advisor W Indy Fermin. She took her time in explaining to me what was going on with my vehicle and even gave me a tour of the Guest waiting area (by the way, I really like the massage chair!) when I told her this was my first visit.
