Delilah was great, very pleasant, explained everything clearly and followed up. My disappointment, and this has happened to me before at JM Lexus, is that I was told upon arrival at 1:30 pm that my car should be ready in an hour. My car was ready at 3:45, significantly longer time than expected. I’ve given the same feedback previously, but the timing issue happened again.

Yes, this was my first time sitting with Luis and he was great!!! He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge, gave me sound advice and even when I questioned the appearance of my vehicle he resolved the issue. I will book again with Luis! Thank you so much, keep rocking!
