When I scheduled my service online I noted that I needed the rear gate to be looked at because it is malfunctioning. I later confirmed it on the phone when rescheduling the appointment. Upon dropping the van off they confirmed that I was there for my 5k service and a rear gate diagnostic. Upon completion of the service the rear gate was not inspected. I was told that I would need to schedule that as a separate appointment and come back. I live 40 minutes away.

All was good until picked up car. Passenger side window left cracked open in the rain. Seat, floor, door panel all wet. Hopefully no future electrical issues with switches. Service advisor did attempt to dry.
