Very good person to work with. Helen did an excellent job in completing everything I asked of her. Will ask for her next time I need service!
First off I used my app to make the appointment it said Saturday 7:45 am used the directions it sent me to the wrong place so I got that straightened out. I got there at 8 AM not open till about 5 minutes after the girl working said I was out of the window on mileage for my free oil change and tire rotation so whatever Toyota only changes oil every 10 thousand miles I was at 27,000 . So not sure how that works also was not very nice dealing with me and blaming the problem on sales people. This was my first Toyota and my last I have bought over 40 vehicles through out the years and never had a problem like this. Sorry to be negative but but she could have handled it a little better I think.

I only have one complaint and it is not aimed at Ashley as she was wonderful. Whoever worked on the truck spilled coolant inside the engine bay. Fluid splashed on the battery, surrounding hoses, and nearby reservoirs. This has caused the vehicle to smell like burned coolant from 10 feet away. I thought the truck was overheating or leaking, which thankfully it was not.

Appreciate Jonathan squeezing my tire repair into the busy schedule. Tire was fixed and rebalanced. All the tire tools were put away and the truck was clean.
Staff friendly and kept me informed of work as being done.
Always friendly, patiently answers questions and explains the servicing needs to help me prioritize the servicing needs if I can’t do all servicing same day due to timing (length of time to repair) or budgeting considerations. I appreciate that. He always checks my maintenance records when I check in. Thank you. (This may be a duplicate).
I’m glad that my 2017 RAV4 is still on such good shape.
