The service was quick and the requested appraisal was done immediately, and I was able to get an appointment for Friday to have my tires replaced. Everything went very smoothly.

I’m totally dissatisfied with the service received because the tire rotation service took 3 hours to be completed , the dealership doesn’t provide a loaner vehicle, clients doesn’t get a car wash after a service is done, and my car the dashboard wasn’t even reset after service.
My maintenance reminder did not get reset after my service. But I was able to find the reset for it.

I should have been told in advance about a recommended service based upon mileage. When I am told after leaving my vehicle at the dealership, it feels like an upsell.

Car repairs today are expensive, and as they say, “especially if you go to the dealer”. But I have discovered through the years that, a Toyota is an automobile that many independent garage mechanics, not all, but most are not familiar with. By taking our Toyota TO the dealership, I have ALWAYS driven away with peace of mind KNOWING that the car was repaired correctly and can driven another thousands of miles!
