AC filter and covers were left on the passenger seat. Am I supposed to install things back myself?

Brought car in SPECIFICALLY to have car’s electrical system and battery checked as am having multiple issues. Service department ran diagnostics on EVERYTHING BUT the electrical system. They wanted over $2,500 for things I never told them to check on. My vehicle only has 40,000 miles. Their evaluation was nothing more than a grab for money and a total show of disrespect for me. After another week there, they finally looked at the electrical system and brand new battery I had purchased from them only months earlier. They stated they could not find a problem. Given that various electrically controlled things had been individually failing for over a month, I doubt their diagnosis was either thorough or correct. In short, I’ve bought cars from Newbold and have had my vehicles serviced there. Never again. A real shame when you try to be loyal to an enterprise and they treat you like a throwaway. I will relate my experience to friends and family kand will write online reviews as well. It’s the least I can do to show my “appreciation” for their time and efforts regarding my situation. Oh, and I had to pay over $200 for the diagnostic. Unbelievable!!!
Check engine light came on
I've already touched base with Allen on the tire pressure concern. Allen was great, my concern is the level of attention to detail in the work bays. Really no need to follow up at this point. Thanks!
Oil change was great and Helen was very nice. But, I mention the Toyota Service Care for $320 listed on your service specials page and she wasn't familiar with it.

When she called me, she called me by my first name. That is unprofessional. She should have addressed me as sir or Mr. Harris. I corrected her and subtle fashion.
A very small complaint. Tire rotation was a part of the service this last time. However , soon after receiving the vehicle back found I needed to add air to one(3lbs). Like I said, a very small thing. Other than that, satisfied with the service provided.
