It was just a tire rotation, but now I have the TPMS sensor light on. I told them about it yesterday as soon as I saw it, and they told me to take it in to get it fixed. They just put in a little more air and said, “Drive it, and in about 5 miles the light will go off.” I drove to St. Louis and came back, and the light is still on. I’m sure that if I take it in, they’ll probably try to sell me new sensors, and if I’m not careful, even new tires. Although the person at the front gave good service even though they’re new.

My oil change and tire rotation was to take around 90 minutes. I had a 2:00 appointment and the car wasn’t ready till 4:45. I had chosen the shuttle home at 2:00, but was told that there was no shuttle service after 4:00. At that point, I couldn’t get a ride to Newbold to pick up my car. I had a lot of errands to do that afternoon and evening, and this created quite an inconvenience. If I had known about your short staffing, I would have made other arrangements.

The service technician keep over inflating my tires way beyond the factory recommended pressure, causing me to exceed the MAX tire pressure for my tires. My other vehicle had had the same issue after it had been serviced at Newbold Toyota. Who knows how many people are driving around unaware that there tires are overinflated after being serviced at Newbold.

Miss Castle was funny, accommodating and professional. Love the video and commentary during the inspection. Service was fast and very well done.
