The mechanic did the best they could to get me out on time. They did a great job. But the service desk man kept me waiting for another half an hour I had to walked up there when no one tells me my car is ready. I saw the mechanic man dropped the car at the lot and l know it's ready. I wasn't satisfied with the service desk man.

James Allen repeatedly didn’t answer my phone calls when I asked to speak with him, in addition I had to contact Toyota directly to get a simple part order and fixed on my vehicle. I will never understand any circumstance return to Newbold Toyota in the future. All you care about is car sales, that’s not how a successful business is run! In addition many other people in St. Clair county think you people ****! Don’t know anyone who buys from you. It’s either on the Missouri side or out of the metro that people are buying cars

I was satisfied with what was done, but I was also supposed to have a catalytic converter cover installed. I told that to the girl that I talked to when I first got there. Actually mentioned it a couple times, but no one else seemed to know anything about it and it wasn’t done. I was told to go back to my salesman to settle it.
