I appreciate Jim Allen. He was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. The service technician was able to find the problem with my tires and the tire warning light that kept coming on and staying on. I appreciate all the helpful consideration. There were two things for them to do: windshield wipers, and tires check. When I was told the car was ready and I got in the car, I found that the tires pressures had not been checked and I had to take it back and do that. I had two low tires.
