Had an oil change tire rotation completed at 70,000 miles, only issue was that the complete service took longer than I expected two hours plus. however, I was given a discount on service due to what the dealership thought was excessive time for the service, which was appreciated.

Very satisfied with the service at Newbold Toyota today. I was apprehensive before the appointment considering less than stellar service with my past vehicle at other Toyota dealer, however Newbold renewed my confidence in Toyota service. Newbold is 23 miles from my house and there is another major Toyota dealer 2 blocks from my house and from my experience it's well worth making the 23 mile drive.

On Sunday my car’s tire pressure went low. We added to air to the tire and everything seemed fine. I drove 40 minutes to work on Monday morning. Monday after work I got in my car and everything seemed fine. As soon as I got on the interstate I was notified that my tire pressure dropped to 18. Then I felt it go completely flat. I pulled over on the side of interstate 255. I called roadside and they said it would be 2 hours until they could get to me. So my husband drove the 40 minutes to me. We got the tire changed and I drove all the way to new old Toyota after talking to a woman in service on the phone. She said they needed to inspect my tire to see if it could be warrantied. I said I could be there at 5:15. I drove and quickly as I could with a spare tire through construction traffic. I got there at 5:29. Service said they were closed and made me do a night drop form where I indicated for them to do an oil change, tire rotation, and check the tire in the trunk.
I was notified that my car was ready to be picked up Tuesday morning but they had not looked at the tire in the trunk. Then I ask if they rotated the tires and got no response. I called 2 more times not receiving a response.
Finally I am told my car is ready to be picked up. Upon arriving we ask about the oil change and they said they did not do it. We asked if the tires were rotated and they did not know. So they had to pull my car back in while I waited and rotate the tire.
This was an unnecessarily stressful and lengthy process. If anyone had done their job in a timely fashion this could have been avoided.
