I found Johnathon to be courteous, knowledgeable and helped me understand the vehicle issue I was concerned about. He went out of his way to work me into other appointments so I wouldn't have to make a return trip. I have oil leaks on my carport after you changed my oil. I have a video of the damages and also of me having to wipe it away from the undercarriage of my truck.

My experience was excellent . The two young ladies that checked me in and out were the best . I would give them a raise or a paid day off . The service technician treated my truck with care as if it was his . Thank you ..

The service department is always courteous, yesterday the young lady who checked me in gave me an approximate wait time of one hour and a half, she was right on and I appreciate that courtesy so thank her for that.

Was told that my DVD player should be under warranty and was charged because of a loose wire not sure why I have extended warranty for a DVD player that did not work. And then was also told that a two-year-old car the second row seats. It’s OK for them to rattle and shake as bad as they do .

My only real complaint is that once my car was done, I was waiting for awhile to simply get my keys back for my car and I was completely ignored by three guys (not the one who checked me in) it wasn’t until one of the lady advisors saw me that I got my key. If this is how women are treated at the dealership I’m really disappointed

I was never called & notified when my vehicle service was complete. At drop off I explicitly said I needed it back by 2pm and it wasn’t ready until almost 4pm. The vehicle was dropped off at 8am. Our plans had to be cancelled as a result.

You guys figured out what was causing the spray on my vehicle. It h must had been the car wash I was using. So far so good.
