I had a very good service experience and Jim was a very good service advisor. Price was pretty good and service was quick. I've already made a follow-up appointment for some additional maintenance work recommended by Jim.
The only thing I realized was I thought I was supposed to get a tire rotation today (I marked it I think); but I don’t believe that was done according to my receipt. No big deal truly, just curious why that wasn’t completed
Very pleased. We purchased a used truck here about 2 years ago with odometer about 40k. Now about 60k so we had the services done that are recommended at that interval. Vehicle performs better now than when we bought it. Invoices says Tech:840. So whoever you are I want to especially thank you for taking care of our truck.

No communication during the in dealership wait, of 6 hours….until I was told the van would not be ready, and finally offered a rental car, after 6 hours of waiting. Also this was the third appointment for this repair issue, for which in total I have spend over 14 hours waiting in your dealership. I would recommend increased communication during a long repair time, and perhaps some complimentary snacks for the customers waiting in house. The fact that you don’t offer loaner vehicles requires folks who live out of town to wait in your facility. It would be nice if it were more comfortable.
On picking up my van on Monday, a little bit of extra care for the van would have been welcomed, for example other dealerships they give the vehicle an exterior car wash every time the vehicle is serviced, for routine maintenance or repair. It’s just a little something to make customers feel valued.
Finally, after a six hour wait on Friday and an entire weekend plus one day, the explanation was that some hoses were loose and tightened. No mention of the broken/seized bolt which caused the original delay. Again, communication regarding the care of my vehicle would be appreciated.
Mark was excellent! He went well above and beyond expectations! Very pleasant experience.
I feel like the wait was a little too long for an oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours from the time I dropped it off.
