Normally I have a terrible experience at OFallon Newbold. I was supposed to see James which I was dreading extremely but thankfully Jonathan greeted me and acknowledged me the entire appointment. James always acts like he doesn’t know who I am and he has been my advisor over two years now absolutely terrible service. I had my negative Google review typed ready to submit but Jonathan was a 5 star experience. My shuttle drive he does his job well. Today was a positive experience with Newbold. I have been a customer since 2022 my advisor was Mark. I bought a new car 2023 I started my journey with advisor Jim, it is 2025 now I am finally happy.

Your service staff is outstandingly, professional and friendly. Helen recognized me and greeted me with a warm smile. I had a problem with the Toyota app and Micah Miranda went out of his way to help me and solve the problem. Very happy with the service and friendliness of the new pole staff
