Didn’t realize Shawn who managed our service emergency Friday was off today. Due to the later than expected completion of the vehicle, I needed transportation to Newbold with a speedy check out. I had to p/u spouse at her employment before they closed and locked her outside. Chelsea was very helpful and fully understood. She dropped what she was in the middle of and got me taken care of in time. Many thanks to her for her caring and professionalism!!
