Absolutely horrible experience spent 10 minutes going over all the things that needed fixed. They only fixed half of what I asked and refuse to do warranty work for the warranty that I paid for. I had to call Toyota customer service cause even the manager there would not help me and treated me like horribly.I am still waiting to hear back from Toyota customer service to resolve issue.
After the inspection of my vehicle I was informed of a couple of issues that needed fixing to keep me on the road safely
I asked on the phone call when scheduling my appointment for routine maintenance if they could please look at my hood because it is very wobbly and when driving it looks like it could fly off. I show up for my appointment and they didn’t know anything about that. I had to tell them again, when I said something about it the guy laughed at me and said that all Toyotas do that because they are made out of thin aluminum. I told him that it hasn’t always done it and it just recently started doing it and he then again told me most of them do it and he assured me they would look at it. Upon leaving I asked if they checked out my hood and the lady said she didn’t know, if they did check it out I would’ve been talked to about it and I wasn’t. She said if I wanted to wait until he was back from lunch I could ask. But my appointment took 20 minutes this time and normally takes an hour. So she said they probably didn’t even look at it. I just don’t appreciate being talked to like I’m an idiot or I don’t know what I’m talking about. Also if I’m assured something will be checked out, I expect it to be considering I spent 36,000 on the car.
We had an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change. They added a tire rotation (vehicle has free services still, so weren’t up charged) but it took 2 hours, 15 minutes for it all. We were told at the 1 hour mark, that it would be 10 more minutes. Hard to believe this takes that long at all.
Helen was very pleasant and explained wanting to needed to be done to my car in layman’s terms. I also appreciate her finding me and updating me about my car
