I was impressed with the prompt communication Kelsey provided on the status of the service on my vehicle. I also asked to talk to the service technician. He was very pleasant and professional while answering the couple of questions I had about my vehicle.
I appreciated the assessment given and not doing the work because the tires were in bad shape

I had to bring my car back a second time because it was not fixed the first time. The first time I was told that the new battery I had installed was not a start/stop battery and I needed to start the troubleshooting by purchasing a new battery? A total scam by Newbold Toyota. I waited over 3 hours at the dealership for initial visit and was charged for a diagnostic check even though I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the new car at Newbold? I left the dealership and had the battery replaced with a new Toyota oem battery only to have the same issue with the start/stop feature of the car. Therefore the 2nd visit today. I dropped the car off about 12:00 for a 1:45 appointment and was called around 5:00pm to notify me my car was ready. I was told of a frayed wire above wheel well. I requested a loaner vehicle both times of scheduling appointments and was denied.
I was happy and that is hard for me to be happy
Now have check engine light after service

I was previously told that brakes needed to be replaced. With this visit, was told back brakes were in yellow range.
New oil change sticker not put on windshield and I had to go back and get.
The main thing: be honest with your recommendations.
Mark is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, nice and an all around good guy! He helps me so much getting my car in and out in a timely manner so I can take cars of my other commitments.
