I didn’t have any service. Why was I thanked for making a payment? And why was I told my car was ready to be picked up to go home ? My car wasn’t there. There was no service.

Service Tech changed a setting on my dash which too me 15 minutes to reset it. This happens every time I get service. Usually it is an easy fix. This time it was not easy.pleese tell them not to do this.

We sat there for 3 hours before we found out they did not know what was wrong. After they figure it out, we will make an appointment. I had issues with the radio from the moment we bought my Rav 4. They fixed it and now I have no navigation system.
