Kelsey was fine. No complaints. I was a little disappointed though about a question I had on my car warranty. I purchased an aftermarket warranty from your company when I bought the car in December. Recently, I noticed that my rear door locks were not locking and unlocking electronically. I asked Kelsey if I could get this repaired using the warranty I purchased. She told me I would have to spend $190 for a diagnosis first, and then she could tell me if the warranty would cover the repair. I’m a little hesitant to spend $190 and maybe get no repair done at all.
