After drive shaft recall replacement, steering wheel is not aligned straight when driving straight. Steering wheel is at ~15 degree angle when wheels are straight. Will hope to get this resolved.
The service was outstanding job! I also want to give BIG thank you to the young lady that drives the suttle bus
I have spent approximately 5 1/2 hours in total, waiting for something to be done about my radio which keeps going in and out, and it is still not resolved.

The service was disappointing compared to other Toyota service centers we’ve used. The lack of customer care was surprising. As a military member I don’t have the luxury of using the same center every time I need service. I waited for my car while it was being serviced and I did not get notified. I happened to look out of the window and noticed my vehicle. Secondly, my car was always returned to me at other Toyota service centers, in the same covered location I dropped it off, regardless of the weather. My car was parked quite a distance, in the pouring rain and in a puddle of water. As customer who has owned some type of Toyota for years, the customer service didn’t match my loyalty.
Charged for tire rotation-should have been at no cost due to tire purchase from Newbold. When I went back asked about, the service advisor said “I don’t know what to do”. Perhaps new, but training for simple credit should be necessary The girl at next desk tried to lend assistance and said to email Mary and i would get credit in few days. Could not provide receipt. One week later still no credit on my credit card. Had to return to store and someone made credit in system. When I asked for receipt, said credit in next system not to card. Unacceptable. Transaction should have been voided re done. Very disappointed and poor customer service. Had Inot returned, nothing would have been done.

Mark is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He’s great at what he does and an asset to your company. By the way, Sean is also great. These two guys always make my experience there pleasant even though I just had to pay over $550 for maintenance. I love my car and we plan on keeping it for a long long time so we always do the maintenance that is requested by the mechanic. We totally trust your employees.

Helen Castle was great!!! So accommodating, very pleasant, polite, happy, made me feel very welcome. Made me comfortable with anything I didn’t understand. And good at her job! And it was pouring outside, she was so kind and thoughtful by walking me to my car under an umbrella.
