Took over an hour after my service time to get started, then another 1.5 to complete. Overall I was at the dealership for more than 2.5 hours. Otherwise my service rep was fantastic and extremely pleasant!

I am always pleased with a courteous, efficient, and effective way that Shawn processes my car requests.
