Everything was great except the almost 5 hour wait. Appointment was at 9:00 and service complete at 1:40. I wish I would have been told up front and I could have planned to drop off the night before. I did bring a few hours of work but feel that waiting that long was not expected. I was expecting it to be about 2 hours. Customers should have the expected time reviewed at least when they arrive if longer than a 2-3 hour wait. Other than the unexpected wait I feel the service is great at Toyota.
