Mark has always been an excellent service advisor. Kudos to him!! Please know that when making an online appointment, his name is not listed among the service advisors to choose from. But, when I arrive at the dealership, I always head for his desk.

I really dislike a system that sends me a text when I’m waiting in the same building not 20 yards from the person sending the text. I don’t want a bunch of text photos giving me an ultimatum. I want context for why things are being recommended - that’s what service means. I also asked expressly if there were mileage benchmark items that needed to be performed when I made my appointment. I was told no. All those text ultimatums were recommended due to mileage. Instead of letting a computer think for people can’t we have some people who can think!?
Oil plug not properly tightened. Discovered oil leak in my garage and driveway after my wife was out running errands. Photos of oil on garage floor and driveway available upon request.
Pick up of vehicle was time-consuming as my paperwork and keys were temporarily lost!

We dropped our car off and explain to the service department that we would be gone for a week and could they make the repairs in that timeframe. Unfortunately, our car was not ready when we returned and required an extra day for the repairs. I have to believe it just sat there without being worked on.
