My rear right hubcap fell off on my way home. Luckily I back tracked my route home and found it next to a curb. I had my tires rotated today so the hubcap was not installed properly.

Super helpful. Randomly had two headlights go out when I was leaving. Popped back in and Shawn was super helpful in trying to figure out what happened. He grabbed the technician, Kiwann, who was working on another vehicle by now, I’m sure. They both helped me get the headlight issue resolved. Neither of them seemed annoyed or impatient. Extremely grateful for the extra help after I had left.
