Not convinced the tire with the nail in it could not be repaired. In addition, the replacement tires are not balanced correctly. Meaning it will require a return to the dealership and the inconvenience that will be involved.

Jonathan was personable and knowledgeable. He gave me an appropriate quote for the spark plugs. He let me know how long the service would take and asked if I was able to remain 3 hours. At the close of our interaction, he carefully explained my bill. I was very satisfied with his service.

We love our Venza. We told Micha Merinda exactly what we wanted and the things we had to have. It wasn’t about his commission. He didn’t bug us. When the price was in our budget, he called us and we drove off. We bought our car in April, 2024. I have new health issues. But do we love our car AND yes the Venza can accommodate my wheelchair I got today. Toyota is my car family for life.
