Jonathan took the time to try and figure out my issue even though it doesn’t happen all the time. While we don’t have the answers yet he was patient and respectful the whole time.

He was very rude. I asked them to look into a wire hanging under the truck. When I asked at the end of the service. I was told it was taken care of. But after checking their work. All they did was zip tie it under the truck. So the issue was not fixed and didn’t not give me an explanation of what it was from.

I dropped my car off at noon for a 1pm appointment and it was not completed until 15 minutes before closing time at 5:30. I was told I could pick up from the front sales department, but when I arrived my keys were not left with them. Someone was able to get into the service department to retrieve them so I was able to take my vehicle, but there has to be a better process to this.

I didn't like the attempt to sell me upcharged air filters and the "fuel induction service". Both items would have added another ~$370 on what amounted to an almost $100 oil change. "Stealership" is supposed to be satire, not a goal.

I had a 1230 appointment. My truck was finally moved at 1410 and completed at 1445. I paid and departed at 1458. Two and half hours for a $95 oil change! I can get the same service in 15 minutes at the corner quick change for less. My truck was handed back with greasey prints all over the door and inside of the truck as well. Extremely poor service.

Kelsie was terrific but the service on my car was awful. I had to return it back after being told everything was fine after replacing my battery. I will go through local Dobbs store for service in the future . However, Again, Kelsie acted professionally in helping to eventually fix the problem.03

At this point we do not feel you will be able to correct our dissatisfaction. We will not be giving NewBold our business again. This is the 2nd time they failed to complete the service we made an appointment for. We understand circumstances happen that are out of your control but we could have been notified in advance and our appointment rescheduled. There is no need to contact us. We are finished with NewBold.
