Mariah was a breath of fresh air in your Service Department. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with that others should emulate. I'd enjoy it very much if she could be my Dedicated Service Representative at Newbold Toyota.
Took 4 hrs for oil change and tire rotation No one called when ready
I requested when I came in for nothing to be changed in my settings, asked for a paper mat to be put down to prevent the floor becoming dirty. You use to put a paper over the floor board. I am not sure if it was because they said I will see, but the floor was not dirty. But for some reason both of my seats were TOTALY changed. My passenger seat was laid back, moved back, lowered as if someone would have laid down. There was no reason for that. The driver seat the same. I understand if someone needed to pull it back to drive it but not lower it, lay the seat back. One time before when I came in every possible thing was changed. My air conditioning in the seats on, I never had used it and had no idea what the noise was or how to turn it off. I had to come back to have someone tell me what the noise was and to turned it off. Radio changed just crazy. My husband has traded with Newbold for over 40 years. Your sales department has GREAT SERVICE your service department should do better. The service department use to be the best.

I called and left a message for Kelsey at 2:00 yesterday afternoon asking if there were possibly any earlier appointments the next day. I left my name and cell number. I never received a call back. Your sales people are anxious to make a sale, the service people will hound you to death about needed service, but heaven help us if we ever ask for something. I’m not impressed. My several experiences with your service department have been less than stellar.

I had trouble finding my car the service person didn't tell me were it was parked.Not in the repair parking spaces.
Helen was fine, but I asked questions regarding my service, specifically in reference to the tire light, which was on in my car when I brought it in. I was told that the tires had been thoroughly checked, that they had sprayed soap on them to check for leaks, and that all four tires had registered low and were aired up to the appropriate levels. I said I wanted to make sure that I had not picked up a nail or anything, and I was told that they had thoroughly checked for all of that. When I turned my car on and left, the check tire light was on. I drove back in and the service person who assisted me told me that he had forgotten to do the tire service, he then aired up one tire, and said that he had not noticed any nails or anything in the tires, but that I should just watch to see if the tire light comes back on. I asked how thoroughly he had checked, and he said he couldn’t visibly see anything wrong when he walked around my car to check the air pressure in the tires. I did not leave overly confident that the problem will not return. I do not necessarily think this was Helen‘s problem. I would consider this more an issue at the service mechanic. Helen also told me that my tires had been rotated and balanced, but I’m not sure how they could be rotated and balanced without the actual tire pressure being checked in the process. I’m just not sure what services I actually received.
Kelsey was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Newbolt staff have always been great.
