My only comment concerns the 3% surcharge for using a credit card Though some businesses do the same, it should not be the clients responsibility to pay for that charge Most repair bills exceed the amount of cash that an ordinary person would carry As I am a first time Toyota customer, I was not aware of this charge otherwise I would have brought a check I have actually switched my business from several companies that charge the fee to others that do not

The service took far too long, and the technician damaged my vehicle and then tried to deny it. I left the car at the dealership lot until they review the security footage and respond to my request
