I took my 2024 Truck in on 11/24 for the 5k mile tire rotation and to have two safety recalls done. When I got it back, a warning light came on (which I have come to learn is a tire pressure issue). I sent Mark 4 different texts, with pictures, asking him what the story is with that, as you had just checked my tires. He gave me one brief response (not an answer) and has ignored subsequent texts asking him what I should do. This is not the kind of customer service I want or expect and I still don’t know if the warning light is a problem.

I didn't get the message regarding my service and vehicle inspection report until well after my service checkout was completed and I'd departed. A face to face update would've been helpful as we would've agreed to the "HV BATT COOLING FLTR CLEANING". Now we'll have to schedule a special appointment for this service.

I did not have any services done on my vehicle today. I was not at Toyota today, and there seems to be a mix up. Again my car was NOT serviced today at Toyota or any other facility.im not understanding what's going on and why I'm receiving texts messages and surveys about a service I did not have. I'm so confused as to what is going on.
