I was dissatisfied at the end of my car repairs. I was told to expect to replace my tires in the near future. I was very dissatisfied with the answers I received to my questions regarding my existing tires. I purchased them through your dealership in 2023 at 45,000 miles. I came in today for a tire rotation and recall. I had questions regarding the mileage I have on my current tires. I am only 40000 miles into the 65000 tire. I was told that the 65,000 miles is only a warranty against defect and that it doesn’t mean I would get 65,000 out of my tires. I bought 65,000 tires so I would not have to worry about purchasing tires again for 4-5 years. I was quite disappointed in his explanation of the mileage I should get from tires. I called the manufacturer after leaving the dealership. I was informed that the tires should last up to 65,000 miles as long as they have been maintained and I have proof of purchase and each tire rotation. If I need new tires before 65,000 it is a warranty issue and need to be prorated. I called this salesman back to inform him of the manufacturer information. He did not want to agree with manufacture recommendations and proceeded to tell me he would not do any warranty on my tires for wear. I was also given an estimate for new tires and a different brand with my overview of my visit. I will say with this experience regarding my tires, I will be looking into other places to purchase tires that will honor the warranty of the manufacturer if the tires are not wearing up to their mileage warranty. I should still have 25,000 miles of wear on my current tires. I have always had positive visits with this dealership up until this encounter. I have all my car maintenance done there.

Brought my car in Monday for Tuesday oil change/tire rotation. Told my coolant cap was missing. One was ordered. Came in WED to have install and was told it’s the wrong cap. Not happy!

Held my vehicle for 9 hours for a recall but did not provide a courtesy vehicle. I was given courtesy vehicles on previous visits for less intensive work. I give Toyota far too much money to have to stand out in the cold and wait for a ride from a maintenance trip I shouldn’t have even had to make.
