Mark couldn’t have been better. Service was great, and he called to update me about my RAV4.
I took my new RAV 4 in for its 5000 mile check up. For some reason someone changed the configuration of my instrument panel and left it that way. I noticed it as I drove away but my schedule was too tight to turn around and go back to the dealership. That evening I tried to get info from my owners manual without success The next dayI fumbled around and corrected the problem after about 30 minutes. My next step was going to be driving back to the dealer, about a 40 minute drive. Still learning how to deal with the unfamiliar technology and did not appreciate the extra hassle.
Was not impressed with the overall service or the willing to work to figure out the problem. Besides charging me $700.
I was very pleased with the service and speed of the completion. Also, I liked getting a heads up of what future repairs were needed.
Ashley was very informative and talked to me thru the entire process.
Have a person call to discuss what was found vs just an estimate of what the services they recommend.
It would be helpful if there would be better communication from technicians to service desk staff then to the customer. I felt like there was some miscommunication about the tire situation. I don’t understand when I had the car serviced on 12/02/2025 tire rotation and oil change that no one said anything about the tires being worn out or needing replacement.
Tried to upsell me for unnecessary work.
Mark was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient during my appointment. He let me know updates as needed. This was my first visit to Newbold and I was pleased with the service overall.
Rating will be top quality. Really appreciate everything the staff did to get us up and running again.
I had a low tire pressure on my dashboard that was not addressed. Not sure if I should bring it back so they can look at it. They did a full point inspection Put fail 2 put that on the findings. Other than that, everything was o k.

Sarah was very considerate. She let me know what work I needed done on my car and she told me when the work was done. She kept me informed and made checkout quick and easy then she told me exactly where my car was parked and I was on my way again.

Great service from beginning to end. I wasn't able to make the Tuesday appointment Damon had been kind enough to arrange. I really appreciate him too.I was approved for an oil change as a walk in on a day where they were shirt staffed. The inspection revealed an issue with the battery and Sarah was great about researching to find that my battery was covered under warranty. I don't know the name of the guy who approved my walk in but thanks to him too because I really needed my car serviced and this was my only day off. All in all, exceptional teamwork to keep me a happy Toyota customer.
