Who ever handled the maintenance of my car left my steering wheel dirty. Black dirt everywhere. I would really appreciate it if my steering wheel stayed clean. It was everywhere.

Mark Hurtt was friendly, very considerate and helpful in answering detailed questions and helping with my financial goals in getting my car repaired as the work was expensive. I had major issues due to the age of my car and the extensive work that was done over 2 days. I called him several times before I had my vehicle towed to the dealership. He did small jobs to assist me such as setting my clock and mileage guides on the dashboard and warming up my car for me before I departed. One of the ladies helped me put my belongings in the car as I use a cane and needed assistance. Newbold Toyota is an excellent place to get your car repaired and serviced! Mark is an excellent Service Advisor. If I have future issues, I will definitely contact Mark! I’m a long time Toyota vehicle buyer. Toyotas are expensive but you definitely get your money’s worth in dependability, service and road-worthiness.
