She spent an obscene amount of time flirting with the customer ahead of myself, significantly delaying my departure.
My vehicle was given back to me with major problems.
Door was damaged when we picked the car up… I think they started to install the door handle on the wrong door and broke the area where the buttons are to roll the window down… it wasn’t broken when we dropped it off… brought it back the next morning when we noticed the damage but they did not take responsibility for the damage… very frustrating

Great job and done quickly no hassle
I sometimes know wheels is not always the easiest to deal with, but I called them on my way home and got somebody on the phone within minutes and got the problem resolved to get a new tire so and when I talk to them on the phone, he said that they just got the order at 3:00 PM which means my car was already there for four hours before that so I don’t know if appointments don’t matter or Not. Sure where the disconnect is. I understand things happen but probably better communication would have been appreciated. I know the manager came over and then things got rolling, but otherwise I might’ve just kept sitting there.
I will use your services in the future as well.

Excellent service. Went above and beyond.
Sarah did a great job with check in. The service department was very backed up and I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a six month checkup for my new Sienna. Sarah was very patient and kind as she could see I was not happy with the delay. I spoke with the service manager who said he is short staffed and vigorously working to hire more mechanics. It would help to keep customers informed of delays so they can reschedule or get a ride home so they can do other things.
