This is just an suggestion that might seem odd. No need to follow-up. I just deal with things like this from time to time. I'm in IT and cybersecurity. A lot of attacks are still "old school," so I have to be aware of those, too.
When I first came in to hand over my keys, the employee and a customer at the desk next to me started their interaction. It was loud enough that I could hear his entire name (he even spelled it), why he was there, and his phone number. With those three things a criminal acting as a social engineer could wait a couple of weeks, call that man and spoof your number with a free or cheap app, and offer something for cheap. Doesn't matter what it is... A made up warranty for a few bucks, an unsettled payment, etc. If the amount is low enough and the person sounds legit by verifying why the man was there, a shocking number of people will hand over their credit card information, especially the elderly, which this man was.
This is not to single you out because it happens in a lot of places. Just a suggestion to maybe have something like a form to fill out with this basic information, almost like a doctor's office, and to keep the interaction on a first name basis and not say any contact information out loud.
With that said, my service was great and every interaction was positive. I enjoy the videos for the multipoint inspection. My car had to stay a day and I was given a rental due since I spent so much with the service department. Kim was fantastic.
He was very professional and friendly and let me know what was wrong with my car and didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want
I was very satisfied with the results, and very pleased with the friendliness. Of the whole team that’s employed there.
Apologies for being a little snippy. It’s been a long week and it’s only Wednesday. I’ll do the survey when it comes. Thanks again!

Went for my 10,000 check and oil change and after waiting an hour and a half had to go ask to find out my car was done. This is the second time this has happened. I think I will get my oil changed somewhere else.
