Mariah was great. I feel as if she cared about my satisfaction and perhaps went out of her way to get my car serviced promptly. Additionally she did a wonderful job of explaining the services recommended and the condition of each area that might need attention later. I greatly appreciate her attitude and service.

This company does an inspection on your vehicle when you don't ask them to and the car is brought there to fix a certain thing and the mechanic does this inspection and finds other stuff with the car that are already has been fixed at another Toyota dealership very recent and he's trying to get it fixed again to charge us again. Newbold Toyota is a very crooked place they've tried this multiple times. And it should be turned into the better Business bureau.. I am very dissatisfied with this place very corrupt always wanting to charge you for something that the vehicle does not need and I myself haven't been a mechanic for 40 years and when another mechanic tells you that it needs plugs and a belt that has just been put on he doesn't do his job very well and that is called a crooked mechanic and also a crooked dealership..

2 hours to change a filter and rotate. Not vacuumed and delay was not communicated saying 1 hour for maintenance

The reason I was not satisfied is, I had first tried calling on Saturday to let them know, I would be having my vehicle towed in and left a message and no one ever returned my call, I also tried using the live chat asking someone to call me. I called several more times and no one in service ever answered. Finally I drove up there and the service advisors there on Saturday weren’t doing anything. They could’ve returned my call. Once I was reached out to by Jonathan let me know they were looking into the car. I felt overcharged for everything and every time I would try to call him it went to a voicemail and he would eventually answer me by text instead of calling me back like I asked. It was a very impersonal experience that cost me $800. I do not plan on returning for service at your dealership again.
