My vehicle was kept over the weekend because they cannot complete an oil change , tire rotation, and balance. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday afternoon, hoping that it will be done on Saturday. The service people told me that they could not complete the job because a technician, who will do the tire balance, is not available to do the job. So, they told me that my car maintenance will not be complete until Monday, so I was left without my vehicle for the weekend.

Been a newbold customer for years, mostly BMW, but have had Toyota vehicles as well. It's seems like the customer service area is in chaos. There is a guy sitting in a chair in the garage pull up just sitting there, no interaction no talking, just stared at me when I pulled up.I walked in to the service desk area (I was the only person there) was multiple people just sitting there. And finally someone asked if I needed help they directed me to someone else that was on the phone busy where the others were not. I guess I'm just used to BMW where I walk in they know my name and the representative helps right away. Don't get me wrong... Jonathan was great... He helped me immediately when he finished with the phone call straight forward, he helped me out he was and provided great customer service.

Asked for keys to be left in vehicle. Spoke to them, talked to them on the phone after it was completed. Showed up thankfully right before 6 and they had my keys locked in someone’s office. Had I not gotten there in time, I would have been stranded. Not happy at all!
